The Sleep Doula: We all need sleep and for parents we all know how it just doesn’t happen after you have a baby. Tracey Ruiz, "The Sleep Doula", to the rescue. She consults with you, comes to speak with you, or stays over to sort out your baby's or child’s sleep habits so everyone gets a good night’s sleep. Some of Sprout Right’s clients are true followers and have seen huge success when they were too tired or just not up to the task of sleep training.
