Lettuce Knit

70 Nassau Street, Toronto, ON, M5T 1M5

Rated this place:

knit one, purl two.: One of the most popular stores in the Toronto area for knitting supplies and classes. Located in the Kensington area, Lettuce Knit is quite inspiring for avid and enthusiastic knitters. Best known for its sewing classes, beginner knitters will want to check here to learn everything from the basic scarf to teddy bears. The pricing for classes are affordable and offered frequently, so its bound to work with anyone's schedule!

Dollarama Inc

2300 Lawrence Ave E, Scarborough, ON, M1P2P9

Rated this place:

Bang for your Buck!: The perfect place for crafters and do-it-yourselfer’s. Dollarama has an aisle full of papers, notions and accessories for those who make jewellery, scrapbook, and sew. While it’s a mish-mash of everything from kids’ toys to household products to candy, I find Dollarama to be the “Rolls Royce” of dollar stores. I shop here for crafting pieces to decorate gifts and also cheap tupperware to be used for storage and organizing my pantry!
