As a pescetarian (a vegetarian who eats fish) I tend to eat a lot of tuna sandwiches. These are a few of my top picks!

Tuna sandwich: The best in the city by far! Delicious combination of tuna, apple, and walnuts. mmm...

Great Sandwiches!: A chef client of mine recommended I try this place, and I figure when a chef tells me to try a restaurant that isn't theirs I'm pretty much guaranteed to be wowed. I was! My sandwich was delicious, the atmosphere inviting, and the people chatty. I loved the exposed brick walls, and the open concept kitchen. I can't wait to go back to try some more delicious treats!

Breads, Sandwiches, Pastries: I love Brick Street! I have been enjoying their distillery district location for years, and gone to the Leslieville location as well. I love that their fresh bread stays fresh for a couple of days rather than drying out in a couple of days. I was also introduced to Eccles here, which are a delicious pastry with butter, brown sugar, and raisins inside - I figure the raisins make them a healthy treat! ;) I'm getting hungry just thinking about the place!

Clafouti

Croissant: I have to agree with the first review, Clafouti makes the best croissant outside of Paris. My fave is the cinnamon brown sugar flavour fresh in the morning. It tastes like a cinnamon bun, but even more decadent - delish!
