Food court: It has a large variety of Korean/Japanese/Chinese food places - all quite cheap and of decent quality.

Kenzo's Japanese Noodle House

6180 Yonge St, Toronto, ON, M2M 3X1

Japanese ramen, Tacoyaki: Their food is prepared in a "just so" manner and all is very tasty. They do what they are good at and don't try to do more.

In my admittedly limited tacoyaki experience, they do a pretty good job preparing this Japanese snack.

Chinese Dumpling House

3636 Steeles E, Toronto, ON, L3R1K9

Chinese dessert, Dumpling house, Dumplings: Well, you'd have to try them to know, but they are: 1. Fried 2. Covered with sugar 3.Filled with really good red bean paste. Believe me, they are really good. They are the most authentic place uptown I know of to get dumplings and other northern chinese cuisine. And their food is awesome. If you need English, they do have an english menu that you can get. (Their sign adds to their flavour...) They have to be some of the best dumplings I have ever had - and I've been to MANY of them.
