Bait and switch tactic at Georgetown Kia: Stay away from this dealership!
I called this dealership asking about a specific used car and mentioned the colour and price and asked for confirmation on three separate occasions during the conversation that the vehicle was not sold. After driving for almost an hour I got to the dealership and learned that the vehicle had been sold and the sales person I had made an appointment with was not available.
Of course, the sales person tried to up-sell me on a more expensive vehicle. I received the “let me go check with my manager” line multiple times during the initial phone conversation and later while at the dealership.
