AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE!: Boycott this store like the plague! Their customer service is atrocious. Their shoes are ridiculously overpriced. They don't offer any refunds at all for any reason whatsoever. Their return/exchange policies are posted nowhere in the store and their staff are total liars when it comes to informing customers of what these policies are. The short black guy who works in the Richmond St. store is the worst of them all. They play some annoying and godawful rap music in the store as well. Tell all your friends, relatives and acquaintances to boycott all of their stores in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and Montreal.
