AVOID THIS STORE LIKE THE PLAGUE !: How does this store stay in business with the rudest, surliest staff in the city, especially the burly guy with the bald head?
On the two occassions I have been in this store I have encountered staff who would rather be anywhere else than helping you find a dvd or answer a question or even take an order.
The filing system for their dvd's are less than user friendly.
This is a businesss in serious need of customer service staff training and until there is an improvement I suggest that you take your business elsewhere and at least receive respectful service!
