Computer store, Mac related computer store: It is unfortunate, but Computer Systems Centre is floundering and customers are paying for the owners indicision. Originally founded as an Apple Authorized Retailer, CSC later became a general purpose computer shop and finally deevolved into the mess it is today. They are now trying to sell everything from cell phones to VOIP services and while they are a jack of many trades they are masters on none. What's more, they have laid off all the more experienced techs and retail staff leaving behind the inexpensive employees who don't provide the quality of service one would expect for the prices being charged.
I want to be transparent and therefore I will say that I used to manage this store. It's hearbreaking to watch something you poured years of your life into be distroyed by an owner who doesn't have a vision for his company or respect for his customers. I feel bad for the people who came to expect quality service while I was managing the store. Now all I hear from my old customers are complaints about how the company is being run. Again, I am not unbiased as I mentioned, but I am being honest and fair. Take it or leave it, that's my sad review of CSC.
