not a defense from the owner of Cha liu: thank you for the great review from Thaipografik. Personaly, I never pay attention to this kind of review, no matter it is good or bad. I cannot please everyone in the city. However, I hate people make up stories to get attention from other people.
From last August on, I only have 3 male staff in the whole restaurant, How come 4-5 Asian guys came out from the kitchen to starring at you(I wish I could hire so many kitchen staff). Or you were in the wrong restaurant?
Since I am always stay in the premise, we do not have any complain about cockroach in the past year. The last complain was from 2 guy, they filed the complain after they finished the rice(have a question? what kind of rice you had on such unfortunately day?). I personally handled the case and took out the rice from the check. The reason I didn't comp the whole check was because under a normal situation, you would not file a complain after you finish the dish if you find a cockroach or even just a ladybud in you dish.
I accept any constructive comment from anybody, but please no nonsense comment.
