Spa: Lovely small hotel spa. Easy to dash in and out of. Clean. Nice clientele - not snobby at all. There's a swimming pool and a sauna one can use. Very comfortable without too much attention. Most importantly, they give you the proper amount of time - unlike some spas I've been to where the RMT's don't give you a full 'hands on' one hour massage. Holt Renfrew's spa is the worst for cheating you of time.
