More than just cheesecake: When I am in Yorkville, I love dropping by Carole's to rest my feet and reward myself with their delicious vegetable soup, homemade bread and, of course, a slice of strawberry cheesecake. Heaven!

Pamper yourself: Whenever I want to pamper myself and treat myself, I head over to Holt's and indulge, whether it's Chanel cosmetics, a silk scarf or a ruffled blouse. Just divine. So much more than just a department store.

Wow. Absolutely Gorgeous!: I love, love, love this store! I was only looking for one birthday gift but ended up spending over an hour in this yummy store stocking up on gifts for everyone I could think of. I couldn't decide and just pick one thing. I wanted everything! I walked out with some beautiful scented candles, a few heart-shaped keychains, a gorgeous heart-shaped teaset, a matching set of leather portfolio/business card holder, a pair of cool cufflinks and luscious hand lotions. I did some serious shopping. This is now my new go to store. More birthdays and anniversaries coming up.
