Pho Nho Vietnamese restaurant: Yeah, the food is okay (although the smell of charred meat hangs in the air), and the staff is sometimes friendly, but a number of us have stopped going because the level of the music is deafening. Too bad, because this could be a swell place to eat on a regular basis. If they decide whether they're a restaurant or a rock and roll bar/disco it might be a little less confusing to locals who just want to enjoy their food and have a conversation. Potential here, but lost in the noise.
