Americano Coffees: Oh, there are so many reasons why I love Scratch. Eden and Hans are super friendly and fun. They make excellent americanos, at the perfect temperature with the right ratio of hot water to espresso. The place itself has great furniture, with a long dining room table that I would want for my home. See, that's what the cafe has - a nice homey feeling.
