Family spa: As a homeopathic doctor with an interest in all forms of complementary medicine, I was intrigued when I heard about the Iyashi Bedrock Spa since it promotes relaxation for the entire family. I found the sessions to be very relaxing. As the temperature never exceeds 44 degrees Celsius, it is also safe for anyone over 18 years of age. The staff is very attentive to safe time limits and make sure you are well-hydrated. Overall, a wonderful experience in an attractive, tranquil setting.

Family-friendly gym: Exercise is CRUCIAL for the entire family. This gym is a massive environment fitted with the latest of everything! There is a salt water pool, two ice rinks, rock climbing, everything weights and cardio, clean change rooms, and endless amounts of fitness classes. They also have child care!

Organic meats: If you are convinced like I am that eating organic is a very important choice in keeping you and your kids healthy, then it follows that your meat is the most important thing to ensure is organic! (pesticides, antibiotics, and hormones store up in animal fat tissue!). Baretta Farms is a local family run farm that raises organic livestock and will deliver fresh and frozen to your front door!

Healthy dessert: If you think healthy has to taste anything less than your favorite dessert, think again! Your children wont believe these products are good for them! My family is gluten intolerant and that’s just one reason we order all of our birthday cakes and treats from the Organic Oven. Although Organic Oven is a wholesaler, the main branch is open to the public. Since Organic Oven does not add any preservatives to the baked products, everything is made fresh and in small amounts.
