Title: The salmon sashimi is fabulous. Order it with seaweed salad, miso soup, and edamame for a healthy, satisfying dinner especially when watching your waistline.

Keg Restaurants

Rated this place:

515 Jarvis St, Toronto, ON, M4Y2H7

Keg Caesar: It’s delicious and a Keg size Caesar (virgin or regular) is relatively low in calories and will fill you up before dinner while you’re waiting for your meal so that you won’t devour the warm basket of bread.

Cantine Restaurant Bar

Rated this place:

138 Avenue Rd, Toronto, ON, M5R2H6

Breakfast: I love the spinach, cheddar and mushroom omelet (ask for egg whites) and go for a salad on the side. The bread is delicious and worth every bite.

Lululemon Athletica

Rated this place:

734 Queen W, Toronto, ON, M6J1E9

Yoga video: Power Yoga for Happiness with Eoin Finn is a great work out; it gets your heart rate up and works your muscles while relieving tension and promoting a peaceful, calming state at the same time. A bit cheesy but still great. Plus, there are lots of different levels and lengths of work-outs to choose from.

Italian restaurant: The food is wonderful and they have an excellent wine list. For more casual options, try Seven Numbers on Eglinton or Capocaccia on Yonge.

Skinny jeans: The Fidelity Jeans – Coco style works great for fitness buffs with toned, muscular legs. Tuck them into books to elongate the look.

The Village Chill

Rated this place:

325 Lonsdale Ave, Toronto, ON, M4V 1X3

Frozen treat: They have tons of low fat options to choose from. They now carry Mangosteen, which is amazing authentic tasting frozen yogurt (almost as good as Pinkberry in NYC). When they’re closed and you’re too tired to leave your house, I recommend Breyer’s 100 calorie ice cream cups as a satisfying treat.
