10 thumbs down: This nail salon sucks. I know all the other reviews are good, but this is the deal with 10 spot - my friends and I were treated like crap by the store manager when we went for manicures. We read all these great reviews so we thought we would try it. But as it turns out, they have a holier-than-thou attitude because they're such a "major salon" and will charge you for full manicures even if you're late because they gave you bad directions... and will only call you not to help out but to tell you it's too late and they're taking your money. Yeah, thanks a lot, ladies! Next time, forget the "major salons", we're sticking with the little Vietnamese place down the road.
