Rude and Expensive: I would recommend that you take your dry cleaning business elsewhere.
Not only does Soletta charge 3x what I've paid at most other drycleaners, but the man that works there is EXTREMELY rude (the woman I've dealt with is great, btw).
He basically called me a liar. I had brought a silk dress to be dryc leaned because there was a stain on it. When I picked it up, I made the mistake of not checking if the stain came out and didn't end up noticing that the stain was still there when I wore the dress to work the other day. When I just dropped it off to be fixed, he reluctantly said they'd clean it but that it must be a new stain since they very carefully check the garments before they bag them. Obviously not.
Soletta will not be getting my business again and I will be making sure that as many people as possible know about this disappointing and frustrating experience.
