Baking and kitchen supplies: I love to get my baking ingredients from the bulk store in the basement, all the way in the back in the southwest corner. Upstairs beside Carousel Bakery, you can get anything, from cookie cutters to industry-standard baking pans -- their stuff is restaurant quality.

Market: That's where I first got the Blooming Flower tea. It's a ball, and as soon as you add water to it, it blooms into a flower and it's displayed in your tea. I don't remember what it's called, but the shop is off of St. Andrew Street and Spadina. I also love Jumbo Empanadas off of Augusta and Baldwin!

Thai food: It's a new Thai restaurant I discovered on Church and Adelaide. I think they have specials every month, when I went a few weeks ago they had a weekend brunch buffet. I had my birthday dinner there with my family, they've got very reasonable prices and authentic Thai food.

All-you-can-eat sushi: They have so many things on their menu that you can pick from. And for the most part, they won't give you last call, they'll let you keep ordering. The price you pay is worth the food you're getting, it's delicious....and you can get a lot of ice cream :)

Desserts: I remember I had an Opera Cake from them, and it was really, really good. It had layers of sponge cake, coffee buttercream, and chocolate ganache glazed topping.

Boutique: I got my Christmas dress and my winter boots from there last year. The service is always friendly and they carry a limited stock of their clothes, so you know no one else will have it!

Restaurant equipment store: This place is for buying equipment that is an investment. They're not cheap, but they last for a long time and you get restaurant-quality stuff like smallwares (e.g. knife bags), industrial sink stoppers, and diamond steel sharpeners.

Gourmet shopping: Their gourmet ingredients are the best -- you can get real crab meat there. I like going there because I like looking at new ingredients and they have stuff there that no one else has.

Cheap kitchenware: It's cheap! Last time I went there, I bought baking ramekins (that dish that you can use to serve creme brulee), cake decorating turntables, and crepe pans!
