classes: I took a Felinity class. I loved the fact that the class was fun but was still set up for fitness and safety. All of the instructors that I have met and seen in action are great. Alyson Joy, the founder of the Felinity program is the best instructor that I have ever seen for a women's fitness class. The fitness equip is a wonderful bonus!
