Terrific food, service and view: We went to Toula during both winterlicious and summerlicious and the food was delicious, the service was terrific and the view was spectacular! From shrimp to pasta and the amazing deserts we shared, we left feeling very satisfied, very pampered and very special! Would recommend this wonderful place to anyone.
