Awesome Attitude, Quick Results: Sarah at Flex Rx Studios is a really enthusiastic trainer who can help you meet your fitness goals really quickly using the Power Plate. You can actually tone up in a half hour session with her. Her studio is child-friendly and she changes up the routine every time to make the workout more fun and challenging. She's really amazing. Give her a try!

Fast, Convienient, Cheap and GREEN!: I bought my first order of household products from Green Cricket 2 weeks ago. I am on a kick to change over my normal products to green alternatives. I heard about Green Cricket from a friend, and so I checked it out. All of their products are vetted by top eco-experts so you can be safe they aren't greenwashed. Best of all though, is their products are cheap. The site is beautiful, too. You can choose your delivery window, and their products are shipped in the GTA using their own fleet of natural gas vehicles. I really enjoyed the experience of shopping with Green Cricket.
