Bar ambience: Super small, but very unpretentious and relaxed. Feels like you're at home, especially since you have to get your own drinks from the bar! But it's only two steps from wherever you're sitting so it's ok!

Hair salon: This is a family-owned salon, all the owners are brothers and the staff is so nice! Victor is the best! I've been going there for 11 years.

Live music venue: Any night of the week you can find great live music in a small, intimate setting. Great funk, motown, r & b, soul & rock. Awesome back patio, the staff is great and it's the best place to dance for people who don't like clubs. LMT Connection & The A-Team are my fave acts there.

Gym: There is always a treadmill available for me! Yay. Reasonable monthly dues as well, and within walking distance.
