Horrible Service: I live across the street from Carole's, and was quite excited when I had first learned a new cheesecake/cafe was opening up! How horribly I have been disappointed over and OVER again by their absolutely TERRIBLE service. Yet, I continued to be a regular customer in the beginning, for sake of variety in my meals, great soups, and a healthier alternative to the other junk one could eat instead. I thought maybe if I keep coming, the service will change. Maybe I was coming on off days? ...Well seasons have changed and I can honestly say I have not been back for nearly a year now - with no regrets because time and time again, it was consistently dreadful. Each day I look out my window and shutter to think it still exists. I walk by cursing what a waste of space it is and hoping for it to disappear into thin air.
