Grilled vegetables and goat cheese appetizer: Delicious salad with a crispy peasant parsel loaded with grilled vegetables and melt in your mouth goat cheese. A definate favourite. I prefer the way they used to make the salad with diced bruschetta tomatoes on the salad as opposed to the new sliced tomatoes they garnish with.
