Confused: I have lived close by for years and am alway amazed by the local clientele. Food is just ok and the dark decor is too much. Definitely the blue hair crowd. Not much more in Cabbagetown to choose from.

Wow, surprised to hear any good about.: Overpriced, poor service, high cost and small portions. My staff tried to go in for lunch and were turned away as no reservations. I guess Carlton Street is more up and coming than I thought. I live around the corner.

Bad, bad, bad....: Wow, I have not been there in years but happened by there this week. Had the Haddock for two. The fries were OK but the oil definitely needed a change. The fish was un-edible, overcooked, greasy and bad. I was disappointed to say the least. Avoid it.

Croissants great,staff questionable: Love the take out food and am always pleased with the goodies. I don't like to eat in as attitude galore from staff. Don't understand this trend that seems to be so prevalent in TO of late.

pad thai : They do pad thai as it is meant to be. fresh ground spices. They do a north american version also, with ketchup as we have become used to. avoid it and order the royal pad thai.
