The best!: I've been doing small group athletic training at Bang! for over a month. I'm not an athlete and their classes werent' what I expected (coming from a long string of boot camps), but it's exactly what I needed. I'm moving better, lifting waaay more weight than I would have ever thought possible and the results are showing. I can't recommend these guys enough.
