All you can eat sushi etc: The food is amazing, high quality , light , tasty , great variety, fantastic service with a smile every time.
Best Japanese food in the world, and I've been to Japan, Hong Kong etc.
Reservation recommended, come early to be able to take your time.
I can't give a best dish because it was all so delicious, but the sashimi is probably one of the best parts of the menu. My dinner companion loved the grilled honey oysters.
