Cobourg on Parliament: This is a fantastic place! I'd been visiting this establishment on a pretty steady basis and when I decided to celebrate my recent birthday there, not only did the staff join me in celebrating but they also offered a complimentary bottle of champagne! Absolutely amazing people and the owner is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet! Just love it there!
