Hookah cafe and bar: Because I know the owner. It's a little cute clean cafe. Oh by the way, every cafe has it's own rules. Sometime the patio has been reserved. I do reserve it some time, so no body can realy seats there during the time I have reserved even if I don't show up. Respect the owner and you'll get what you want.

Best place to get mosquito bit: You don't feel it right away unlike other places. You can enjoy your self while you are there and as soon as you get out of the park you feel itchy all over your body.
