Second hand store: Lots of hand me downs that have hardly (if ever) been worn. Great selection of sizes and everything is in fabulous condition. Recent scores include a Prada skirt, Donna Karan wrap top and sandals with the original tags still on! Tons of clothes AND accessories.

Manicure/pedi: $35 for mani/pedi. Clean, professional and has the vibrating chairs with basins attached. The girls there are fabulous and you can usually get in without an appointment.
