Vegetarian restaurant: I'm a carnivore - full stop. Steak is my thing. I've been to dozens of vegan and veggie places with friends and this is the only placed that really impressed me with variety, quality of food and actual edible entrees!

171 King St E, Toronto, ON, M5A1J4
Sushi restaurant: It's a special night out and yes it may break the bank but for experience and if you like sushi the Omakase is creative ( not your Annex Sushi Combo standard! ), visually stunning and a meal you'll remember for a long time.
18 Elm St #200, Toronto, ON, M5G1G7
Spa: As a dude who doesn't do the "spa" thing often, just to relax it's one of the most man friendly spas around. The wide screen TV with the lounge in the men's change room helps too!
483 Bloor St. W, Toronto, ON, M5S1Y2
Sweet indulgence: It's a place where there's lots to do and it suits any mood or need. Good healthy food when you're hungry, couches in the back when you're not feeling social the best annex patio bar none for people watching or hanging out with friends. Late night coffee and the best cakes around for the sweet tooth.
2887 Yonge St, Toronto, ON, M4P2C6
Home accessories: If you spend time in the kitchen and like smart practical design that's fun KSP is your ultimate indulgence! It's a place to go to treat yourself without breaking the bank. Great for gifts too - how boring is it to show up with a bottle of wine!
77 City Centre Dr., Mississauga, ON, L5B 1M5
Steakhouse: For the special night out, when steak is what you want - look no further. The steak is always perfect, the service is always a cut above and they go the extra mile to make sure you want to come back.
Toronto Islands, Toronto, ON, M5J1A1
Public space: The Island is Toronto's most under appreciated public space. It's the best place to go when there's a festival and even more when there isn't! You can feel like you're a million miles away from a city and then turn around and there it is.
770 Don Mills Rd., Toronto, ON, M3C1T3
Place to take the kids: It's why my own mind was brought to the understanding that science isn't something beaten into you with text books and tests. Science is life! And that's coming from an English- lit student. This is a place that is fun for all ages and reminds us all that science is not just critical to understand, it's fun and it's wonderous!
