Chain stores like Zellers really come in handy when it comes to bargain party supply shopping. Zellers met all my Halloween-shopping needs with extravagant black-orange boas, festive napkins, pumpkin candles, and even a giant scarescrow (a true Halloween necessity!!) - all at 30% off...the one at Dufferin and Lawrence is open late, so you've got plenty of time to get lost in the aisles and great deals.
