Experiencing this homemade baked delight has led me to reevaluate the culinary place of the muffin. The last one I had was so good I felt the urge to eat three more and tuck a bunch in my pockets. Can be replicated at home if you choose your apples carefullly :)
The pressed tin ceiling tiles give this kid centric organic eatery the sense of rootedness that speaks of community. There's a great rhythmic quality to them that feels just right amidst the scale of the place..
