A renovated sugar warehouse offers an abundance of body relaxation and palate stimulation. Suites include a fireplace, jacuzzi and down-filled pillows. Ground floor guests are lucky enough to have private gardens. The spa is in a century home and the restaurant serves regional food (braised Ontario lamb at its best). Make sure to take advantage of the Cave Spring Winery tasting room to learn about which wines to pair with your dinner. I suggest the Riesling ice wine for dessert!
