Bono has never been there

The place is awash with attitude -- from staff, owners, and clientelle alike. Surely this business is still thriving because of its location and clever name, for the quality of service is as mediocre as their food and drinks menu. An absolute gong show every time I've been there and the staff is consistently rude -- likely because they're stressed from the apparently incompetent management. Too bad, because it's such a great location (used to be a bank building).
