AVOID THIS PLACE: I recently purchased an over-sized photo book at Lileo. Despite the fact the book was CLEARLY priced at $238CAD, when I paid for it I was charged $285CAD (a 20 % increase). I asked about the price difference and was told "too bad...that's the price in the computer". I contacted management right away and was told they'd look into it immediately. After waiting more than a month, I've repeatedly tried to contact the store's management, but had no replies or attempts at resolution. This shows a blatant disregard for consumer pricing legislation and a total lack of customer service. Lots of other retailers appreciate & want your business. AVOID THIS STORE !!!!!!!!
