Very Unprofessional..: I have never come across a Salon Management which is so unprofessional. The staff is untrained and uninformed at Tonyc/ TOnic.I recently took an appointment for hair treatment.
I took a quote on how much the treatment would cost and then fixed the appointment about 5 days before. I left my telephone no: and other details with them. TO my shock when I arrived 5 minutes early for the appointment I was informed that the cost for the treatment has been doubled.Apparently the staff whom I spoke to was the wrong one, however the receptionist herself guided me to this person. To top it all the person whom I spoke to was not around. Then I was made to wait for another 15 minutes only to be informed that the person whom I spoke to wasn't the right person..Gosh.I requested to speak to the Manager and I was informed that the person wasn't around and the Assis. Manager came up with a very unacceptable solution. They didn't have a solution to the commitment which their staff member had made to me. I left the store very disappointed. I would recommend that anyone should definitely try the other parlours in Fairview. They are much more professional. I made a mistake myself, please don't repeat it!
