Montreal smoked meat sandwich: This is the most famous smoked meat restaurant in all of Montreal and it's been a local restaurant since the early 1920's. When we planned our first family trip there, this was for sure on the top of the list because of all the raves about it. Surely, it didn't disappoint!

Dim sum: In the core of China Town and with offers such as the 1.70 for all kinds of different dim sum, it is a great lunch time place. Usually dim sum places charges differently depending on the type (L,M,S) but this place during the hours of 11- 4pm, offers everything for 1.70

Bubble tea, Desserts: It features modern Chinese design and furnitures and comfortable spacious seating which is key! It's very popular, especially on Friday and Saturday nights like all other Bubble Tea places but this place is huge with 2 floors.

I love eating fresh fruits with ice cream layered ontop of waffles!

Chinese rice rolls: This is a must try. Order the "Neighbourhood" (Ki Fong Cheung Fung) style Rice noodles. This is similar to Poutine for fries. Seasoned w ith peanut and seafood sauce, this appetizer will leave you wanting more. Also cool is that we eat it with skewers.

Chinese restaurants: The food is unique in that you would hardly seem the items on any other chinese menus. It is not because the food is exotic, but are made differently than many others. For example the fish noodles or beef inside a fish ball. The only thing I don't like is the weird working hours. Its like they are so rich, they don't care about only working 2 hours a day for 4 days a week.
