Jazz lounge: Two words: Kevin Quain. If you ever catch a performance either here or Graffitti's in Kensington Market, you're in for a treat. Nice service, great location, cheap entertainment - it's great.

Mexican restaurant: I've never had a bad meal there, whether it's the chipotle, bean, chicken or veg enchildas, carne asada, pollo poblano or my personal fave pollo borracho (drunken chicken). I always go there when I'm in the mood for quality Mexican food. The atmosphere is pretty cool too - beautiful paintings and random artifacts give it a nice pueblo vibe.
