My first visit 3-4 years ago this flagship Alice Fazooli's on Adelaide was a great surprise - especially after I had given up big chain restaurants (Jack Astor's, Kelsey's, et al) years previously.On a recent visit, I'm sad to say that it had become just that - a big chain restaurant. It was a slow Friday night and more than three staff members ignored us, we had to approach them and ask for a seat - very disappointing.Nonetheless, it's a hot place for late night drinks/cocktails, snacks, and patio sitting after work or before you hit Toronto's club scene. Pizza and pasta selection is typical and don't come through. The only saving grace of this place is their Marscapone Cheesecake - a killer, super smooth cheesecake with graham crumble crust that's totally worth the visit.

I don't know if I went to the restaurant on a day where they forgot to stock flavour in the kitchen, but I found everything here to be really bland. Everything from the calamari appetizer to the fettucine alfredo main course was lacking in the taste department. I know Italians can do better than that. Maybe they ran out of salt?

It has a sexy atmosphere, with a light summer breeze, delicious food, great wine selection and good company it's a great place for a good summer's eve.

Wonderful service! The waiters/waitresses were very friendly. The food came to our table in less than 10 minutes! The food is quite cheap as well. I really recommend the one at Hwy 7 and 404.

The place is so cozy and i just like the atmosphere and the whole place. I just love the lightning and the way food is served. Great place.

If you want to see which restaurant is good; you can always use the bread they serve you as a test. Alice Fazooli serves you hot (not just warm) Italian bread that is soft inside. You dip it into some Olive oil with Mediterrean sauce....it's just so mouth watering before the main course.

Their new bar space is really quite nice, with a really cool table. Only beef I have is it's too small - but during the summer, the patio is great (better?) alternative!
