Who knew pole dancing could be so fun and such a workout? My abs and upper body are so strong now! and I have made so many new friends at the studio - they are the nicest people, totally normal, no attitude! :)

The instructors are so helpful, the studio is very welcoming and not intimidating like I thought it would be! I can move up at my own pace there is no pressure, women of all shapes, sizes and age are in the classes its amazing. Their patio is a great place to hang out with students after class too.

Its the most fun way to get fit in the summer! Other than snowboarding its about the only thing I am obsessed with.

The instructors are warm, welcoming and unbelieveably helpful. The women in the classes are really kind and inviting. Its just a great workout where you learn to love every curve of your body.
