I went with some of my friends for for a friend's farewell. It actually reminded me of my university's pub (but just a bit bigger and a tad classier). I had a blast that night. I would definitely recommend the Fruli for all girly drinkers everywhere that have avoided beer. The live band that we had that night (Big Catch) was really great too. I would totally come here again if i need a night just to chill, chat with friends, and dance to some great music.

I don't drink beer! But this place was amazing! So much fun! There was a live band and dancing and cute guys! The energy was great. Going back fo sho!

They have so many different beers on tap. It's crazy. The staff know their stuff. The patio in the summer is a really great place to people watch.

They have an awesome patio, but an even better selection of beer. It's trendy and a great place to go with friends for drinks.

The Bier Markt is always a fun place to go when you just want to relax and have some casual drinks with friends. There is an amazing selection of beer on draft, and each comes in its own different pint glass. It's good for large groups as well, they'll seat you at huge benched tables in the back. I recommend the cheese fondue as well!

Its pretty much all been said :) this is a toronto place to see: astonishing beer selection, delectable foods, priced a little higher than middle class ;) - note: the music volume can make it tricky to talk to large groups across the table. i find it best for a table of 4.
