They use Aveda products, use the Aveda cutting method and have excellent customer service standards.

Good, but not great

You will get a good haircut and colour here, no doubt about it. However, because they have multiple locations, when you call to book an appointment, you are rerouted to a call center and I find that I am ALWAYS on hold for at least 5 min (usually 10). There is a bit of an assembly line feel here. When you sit in the colouring area, people are rushing back and forth behind you. I would say that technically, this Salon is very good, but it doesn't represent that "something extra" that you get from the very top salons, making you feel like you are a special guest. I would rather pay more money to get that service that comes from Salons that pay attention to every detail.
