It’s funny: Somehow, no matter what “deal” you sign up under, you spend the exact same amount of money over the course of a year here. (Seriously. Try it out at a couple of locations.) The aggressive salespeople make me nuts. Still, the equipment is top-notch and the hours are good.

I love this gym! The trainers are fabulous, the equipment is great and well taken care off, and the group classes are incredibly fun. It's close to both my home and school, and the hours are convenient.

It's a luxurious gym, with a lot of equipments, close to where I lived.. so many mirrors on the wall that you can see yourself working out, getting into a shape! :P

That's right! Try their multi-location packages if you work in downtown, and live somewhere else. great way to stay in shape even after work hours

Extreme fitness is basically building a new generation of health clubs for the 'young, fabulous & frugal'. Which pretty much describes me! This concept offers the 'hip & healthy' the same 'hip & haute' environments and lavish ammenities as Toronto's old 'it' clubs... but for a fraction of the cost. The newest location is the old Ballys on Bloor which they're revamping entirely. Rumour has it there will be dj booths & big-screens... ie. IM IN!
