If you are a small business owner like me and need a "boardroom" for meetings, this is a great alternative to the local Starbucks. This particular location has a a great little coffee shop with an array of drink and snacks to satisfy any appetite. Try the Indian Pakora or pick up one of their sweet snacks! Though the grocery store isn't the most budget friendly, you can find some delicious ready to go meals for dinner!

Organic meat, Montreal style bagels, fresh deli, sushi rolls, fish, and a large cheese section-I love coming here to pick up little goodies! Their café serves only organic and fair-trade coffee, as well as yummy sandwiches and decadent pastries. Great place to pick up lunch or gourmet treats for any special occasion.

At spadina. There is one near my house in bloor west that has been there for years, but the one on spadina really stepped it up a notch with the crazy gourmet snacks for all meals of the day and its great little eat in area. I work right around the corner and they have free samples from something delicious almost every day!

It's a five minute walk from my new condo and they carry great fresh produce.. reasonably priced..organic meat & montreal style bagels. Everything I need to stock my fridge and pantry.. With the exception of lime leaves. Where does one get lime leaves?!?!

They have a great selection of gourmet foods & sauces.. and great montreal bagels to boot!

It's a convenient place to drop in on the way home and pick up prepared salads, roasted chicken, etc for those nights when you just don't feel like cooking. also pick up some groceries for those nights when you DO feel like cooking.

Amazing selection of gourmet groceries. Not for the indecisive - you will spend ages trying to choose what kind of olive oil to buy! Kinda light on the cheeses, though.
