Store for accessories of the moment

Rated this place:

H&M

Whenever I need to accessorize a model for a beauty photoshoot, I head to H&M. They have “of-the-moment” accessories at affordable prices. I can stock up on a minimal budget. Look to H&M for tights, stockings, scarves, and headbands. Another bonus: trendy clothing on the cheap. I can pick up a piece an instantly update my wardrobe without breaking the bank. I love visiting H&M for cute dresses, cardigans, and skirts!

Best Place to shop

Rated this place:

Everytime, I walk into the Store I am ending with spending $300. The reason is they have everything ones need, sometimes prices are cheaper than what it should be. compare to market their prices are reasonable.

Cheap fashion

Rated this place:

It's a tough tie breaker between Forever 21 and H&M, but the Swedish retailer wins, delivering a high-fashion look for less, and catering to teens, ladies and gents. I always find something I want at this massive store. It's a great place to shop when you want to add current pieces to your wardrobe without spending a lot of cash. H&M also invites some of the world's best fashion designers to design inexpensive collections for the retail chain. Past designers featured include Stella McCartney, Victor & Rolf and Roberto Cavalli.

H&M

Rated this place:

I love coming to H&M because they have all the latest trendy styles along with the standard wardrobe basics and I especially love how affordable everything is! The sell great casual, to more sophisticated, to formal work clothes--so you are covering all your bases! They have really cute dresses and tops and I especially love their bags, and accessories. I also love shopping at H&M because I can shop for the whole family as they have a really great selection of children's clothes.

Tees, pants and socks, oh my!

Rated this place:

There really is no better place to pick up a basic t-shirt for a few bucks than at H&M. I'm not really one to replace my wardrobe every season, so I stick to the basics... But if you are that person, you could do worse than the prices at H&M. The styles can be hit-and-miss, though. I've gone shopping with friends who've complained that they don't like the women's section; two months later, they'll be complaining about the men's.

The IT clothing store

Rated this place:

Shopping in New York as a teen, I was mesmerized by the massive three-floor H&M in Union Square, near the academic and artistic minds of New York University. Yet fast-forward to a few years ago, never has a store opening became la crème de la crème of Toronto fashionistas and bargainistas. (Fashion Television maven Jeanne Beker attended the launch of the Queen St. West store.) Known for a quick turnaround of getting runway styles ready for your closet and at a low price, this big-box retailer offers the eclectic staples including a wide array of men's clothes and baby clothes, which most international clothing giants such as Mango, Topshop and Zara lack. Selection and styles vary from store to store.

H&M

H&M has, in the years since it finally came to Canada from Europe, become my favourite place to shop for wardrobe staples. Yes, sometimes the offerings are generic, and sometimes it's frustrating to buy a cool top and realise that 100,000 other people in the city also have it because H&M is so ubiquitous. But for awesome basics (black pencil skirts, solid colour t-shirts, office shirts in simple colours and patterns, inexpensive jeans, great tights and crazy-cheap bras and panties) it can't be beat. If you're on a budget and you need to update your wardrobe, or you've landed a new job and suddenly realise your old jeans and rock shirts won't make the grade, there's no better place than this. I recently bought a complete outfit (including purse, earrings, necklace, shirt and skirt) for under $60. It's absolutely unbeatable.

Cheap fashion

Rated this place:

I used to think H & m was over priced and poorly designed, but I would have to say they have definitely changed and stepped up. They have become more affordable and have great styles.

Cheap trendy clothes

Rated this place:

Trendy clothes go out of style so fast, and H&M is full of cheap, trendy stuff. The best part is if they fall apart in the wash after a few good wears it doesn't matter- the trend is probably over anyway.
