I love the hot yoga! The instructors are helpful and atmosphere is very relaxed. I get a really good sweat and feel so calm and revived when I'm done.

Hot yoga is great! Really helps you stretch your muscles plus you sweat so much you really feel you lost a lot of toxins! Lovely and calming.

Yoga is amazing, and the studio is calm and beautiful. They have Hot yoga, and normal temperature is available as well. Its a great place if you want to get healthy, fit, and get a piece of mind
