I can't walk in heels, and I love Payless's selection of flats - I bought a shiny red pair and fancied myself an Oz-zie (as in somewhere over the rainbow, not Australia.)

They have a huge selection of shoes to choose from (and eventually buy). Not to mention the great prices, its hard not to leave the store with a pair in your shopping bags.
