The things they add to the poutine just ups the status of the traditional poutine; the flavour combinations are unreal.

Greasy Goodness

Rated this place:

Looooove the poutine. Good portions and great toppings make for one delicious box of grease. I suggest getting anything with pulled pork and bacon but the nacho toppings are also very good. The service is also fast so be sure to stop in at lunch or after a night of drinking to get your fix.

I can have what in my poutine?

Rated this place:

Going to smokes is something I do with all my out of town friends. The variety of flavours bring so much to the table. One thing is certain smokes is my choice place for poutine in all of Toronto.

Toronto’s own poutinerie

Rated this place:

Smoke's Poutinerie

For a lot of people, their love of post-bar poutine started with Bubba’s in Kingston. Whatever the root cause, it’s great that Toronto now has Smoke’s Poutinerie for some late-night, post-bar noshing. Open until 4 am on Friday and Saturday, they offer tons of different kinds of poutine from traditional, to veggie, to meat-lover specials (like the Hogtown with bacon, sausage and onions.) All the drinks are non-alcoholic and include a selection of cheery Pop Shoppe bottles. And there’s a giant blackboard for some late-night scribbling. Just upstairs from Burrito Boyz. (Another great post-bar institution.) Word is that new locations are in the works, including one in the Annex.

Greasy, but great poutine

Huge portions and excellent poutine here. Kinda of messy with the gratuitous amount of gravy they give you, but if you're looking for some pretty good poutine, check it out.

Poutine

Rated this place:

Brand new poutinerie on Adelaide right above Burrito Boys. Amazing new kinds of poutine. I recommend the traditional, Hogtown version-sausage, onions, bacon and mushrooms. Also check out the pulled pork poutine. I will report back when I have tried others. http://smokespoutinerie.com/
