I really like this studio. It has different styles of yoga for all levels. My favourite class is the Thursday night Rocket. A challenging class delivered by a really great instructor.

The studio at Yonge and College has well-earned its "sanctuary" monicker. The hardwood floors and beaming natural light set the tone for some meaningful om-ing. Not only are the instructors reliable, but classes usually include an assistant who walks around to (respectfully) correct your downward dog.

Yoga is a great way to unwind and both studios offer a variety of classes and the instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful.
